What is this?

Often one finds themselves in conversations which turn amusing due to questions being answered that weren't asked, overstating the obvious, non-sequiturs, etc. My dad and I have for years threatened to write a book of our examples, but it's cheaper to keep a blog of them.

Warning: If you know me well enough to be reading this blog, there's a chance that sooner or later you might see something you recognize here. This isn't here to offend, it's here to amuse. Please know that's the intention.
